In March this year, the Xinjiang Autonomous Region Government issued the "urgent notice on strictly controlling the disorderly development of cotton spinning industry", which is like a reminder to the textile enterprises speeding up to Xinjiang. In 2017, Huafu fashion production capacity reached 1 million 800 thousand spindles, of which 880 thousand were distributed in Xinjiang.

At present, there are 4 important colored spinning projects in Huafu fashion, including 3 items in the Xinjiang area, namely, Akesu 160 thousand, 210 thousand and 150 thousand spindles.

In addition, recently, the company also announced that it will complete the planning of its 60 thousand yarn production capacity to Xinjiang production area by the end of August.

Of course, a large amount of capacity of textile enterprises to gather in Xinjiang is derived from the support of preferential policies.

Regarding people's concern about the strict control of the disorderly development of Xinjiang's cotton spinning industry, Yang Xiaodong analyzed and interpreted the current development situation of cotton spinning in Xinjiang.

Data show that as of the end of 2017, Xinjiang's cotton textile production capacity has reached 17 million 460 thousand.

In this regard, Yang Xiaodong said that if no measures were taken to prevent the continued expansion of cotton spinning capacity, the cotton textile production in Xinjiang this year has been put into operation and the capacity will break through the national definition of "Xinjiang" (including Corps) by 2023.
