Recently, China's quality Wanli Shanghai complaints station was officially set up.

The complaint station is a professional quality protection institution established under the guidance of the China Quality Wanli Promotion Association and the AQSIQ regulation department. Its establishment means that consumers and enterprises in this city have another "fast track" for safeguarding rights.

In the next 12365, the scope of complaints will be extended to public service and housing engineering quality.

It is reported that China's quality Wanli Shanghai complaints station will be merged with the original 12365 product quality complaint reporting center and unified with the "12365" quality hotline to carry out rights protection services.

This is also a new attempt of the quality and technical supervision department in promoting the standardization, comprehensiveness and systematization of product quality complaints and reporting, and striving to build "big complaint", "big rights protection" and "big quality" work pattern.

From yesterday's deadline to 10 a.m. this morning, 12365 of the "spring hotline" received 916 complaints, and 891 complaints were on the rise again.

Among them, 17 footwear appeals, 18 clothing categories, 2 leather products, reflecting the situation mainly in clothing and leather products fade, cashmere sweater pilling and clothing shrinkage and other issues.

In today's clothing and footwear complaints special field, a total of 11 clothing categories and 5 footwear were accepted on-site.
